Custom Orders

Custom sizing is another area of expertise D. E. Silsby has developed over the years to meet the varied requirements of our clients. If your table does not conform to the standard sizing, an Irish Linen tablecloth can be woven to fit. Shipping

D.E. Silsby provides shipping via Canada Post in Canada / USA. If you wish faster service, we will provide you with a quote at the time of the order confirmation.

Delivery schedule is below: (approximate from date of confirmed order)
You will be notified by e-mail, fax or regular mail if an item is delayed.
1. Irish Linen standard items – approximately 4-6 weeks.
2. Irish Linen custom orders (custom weaving in size or design) – 10-12 weeks.
3. Other items – 3-4 weeks.

United States deliveries:
1. Clients are responsible for all customs, duty and taxes when the order is received in their specific country i.e. United States, etc.
2. Shipping via FedEx to your location is optional at the client’s expense. Shipping charges will be quoted when order is confirmed for delivery.

Outside Canada / United States Deliveries:
1. Delivery charges for destinations outside Canada and the United States will be quoted when a confirmed order is accepted.
2. Clients are responsible for all customs, duty and taxes when the order is received in their specific country.
